We are looking for a great addition to our sales team who will help us acquire new customers.

Our customers are global IoT and M2M device makers or service providers, such as e-scooter sharing, fleet management, smart city companies, or autonomous package robot delivery companies. 1oTs cellular connectivity service allows them to connect their devices to the internet globally without dealing with several service providers. Our customers get one SIM card, one connectivity management platform, and one invoice, no matter how many devices they deploy. Today, 400 customers (from 80 different countries) use 1oT's connectivity services in 3 million IoT devices in 173 countries.

The position is based in Tallinn (HQ) or Tartu (our R&D hub).

What you'll do:

  • Be responsible for the whole sales flow from the strategy to converting the lead to a paying customer and remaining as the main point of contact after sales
  • Manage inbound and outbound campaigns: put together sales materials, close and negotiate deals, convert leads to paying customers, etc
  • Represent 1oT at international conferences and seminars
  • Design and implement a strategic sales plan that expands 1oTs client base and ensures our strong presence
  • Participate in product development based on client feedback and market demand

What you'll bring:

  • At least 3 years of sales experience (B2B)
  • Desire and hunger to build something new
  • Problem-solving & get-things-done attitude (no place for corporate mindset)
  • Excellent teamwork and self-management skills (dates, goals & responsibilities micromanagement is not in our DNA)
  • Experience with CRM (Pipedrive or similar)
  • Bonus points if youve got a background in technical sales
