Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with Sysynkt, a dynamic cloud software scale-up?
Our rapid growth and ambitious global expansion plans present a unique opportunity for driven professionals. We are currently seeking a Junior Business Consultant to work from our new Estonian office in Tallin or our existing office in Viljandi.
The Role
You'll play a crucial role implementing Sysynkt for our partners & corporate users of our cloud business management software.
This role is a junior consultancy role and you will be asked to work as part of a team while you are learning and beyond. This will include:
· Shadowing more experienced consultants
· Working as part of a bigger project team
· Undertaking your own consultancy projects
· Learning our product suite and
· Understanding our clients own business concepts and translating them into Sysynkt
· Learning some accounting principles to be able to communicate effectively with clients
We all chip in from time to time with whatever is needed to make Sysynkt a success so flexibility and adaptability are key requirements, along with a strong desire to work as part of a team but still be motivated and driven when working by yourself.

**This role does NOT provide sponsorship to obtain an Estonian working visa. Please do not apply for this role if you do not already possess the right to work in Estonia as you will not be considered**
Ideal Candidate
As a valued member of the Sysynkt team, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong questioning and probing skills to uncover customer & partner needs and create meaningful requirements documentation
- Have excellent communications skills, enabling you to effectively communicate ideas and solutions to customers and stakeholders
- Be methodical and precise in your work and good at written communications
- Showcase basic financial competence and the ability to analyse and work effectively with data
- Be comfortable at communicating remotely, utilising channels such as phone, email, and MS Teams and also face-to-face to reach and engage customers & partners
- Have a desire to work with cloud applications and business systems in general
- Ideally some business or financial/accounting education
- Demonstrate excellent planning and organisational abilities to manage tasks, priorities, and customer & project priorities efficiently
- Have the will to grow and develop and be open to change and innovation
- At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role
- Experience of working with business solutions or cloud software services for corporates is a bonus
- Previous consultancy experience is a bonus
