- Own the end-to-end design strategy for Malwarebytesʼ mobile applications, aligning with company goals and user needs
- Lead the conceptualization, design, and delivery of innovative, intuitive, and impactful mobile experiences for iOS and Android
- Collaborate closely with product leaders to define mobile product roadmaps and ensure seamless alignment with business and user objectives
- Establish and drive mobile design standards, frameworks, and patterns that ensure consistency and scalability across platforms
- Mentor and inspire other designers, fostering a culture of growth, innovation, and collaboration within the design team
- Leverage data, research, and user testing to inform design decisions and continuously improve the user experience
- Advocate for accessibility and mobile-first design principles, ensuring all designs meet industry best practices and standards
- Present design strategies and solutions to executive stakeholders, clearly articulating the rationale behind design decisions
