A la carte cook that will work with the other 3 cooks. Working on either morning shift 08.00- 15.30 or evening shift 15.30- 23.00 (no breakfast). In the beginning mostly evening shifts until the cook has learned Norwegian cooking. Mostly a la carte like burgers, spare ribs, reindeer steaks, filet of lamb, cod, salmon, Baccalao and the specialty of the day. Also some fixed menus for groups and sometimes buffet, but not very often. The a la carte should be rather easy, some products are made from ready made products, others are made from basic ingredients. Some dishwashing is also included in the tasks.
