The School of Educational Sciences at Tallinn University is seeking to recruit a highly motivated and talented Postdoctoral Research Fellow to join our research team. The successful candidate will contribute to the ERA Chair in Sustainable Futures project (SustainERA, DOI: 10.3030/101186958). The project is led by Prof Anu Realo and Prof Kai Pata and is funded by the European Commission's Horizon Europe Widening Participation and Spreading Excellence programme.

The position is available from the 1st September 2025 on a two-year fixed-term contract. The position will involve primarily collaborating with Prof Anu Realo and Dr Grete Arro, as well as with other members of the research team.
