What you will do:
- Assist in processing incoming inspections and managing production and customer complaints regarding faulty materials.
- Support the resolution of quality issues with suppliers and learn about implementing corrective actions.
- Aid production teams with repair and claim orders.
- Help maintain components on repair and faulty shelves and manage SAP storage locations based on stocktaking and repair demand needs.:
- Assist in coordinating logistics for faulty materials and learn about scrap handling according to Ericsson's processes.
- Upload components to incoming inspection groups for quality assessment.
- Participate in improvement projects and contribute ideas for quality and efficiency enhancements.
- Develop communication skills by engaging with cross-functional teams to address and resolve basic issues.
The skills you bring:
- Higher education or equivalent experience in a technical field.
- Basic understanding of industry standards related to the corresponding commodity (ISO, IPC, etc.) is a plus.
- Ability to read and interpret technical documentation.
- Basic understanding of logistics principles.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective time management and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in English communication.
- Basic skills in MS Office and SAP software are preferred.

- Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
- Enthusiasm for pursuing a career in quality assurance.
Working Conditions:
