What You'll Do:
As an Account Manager, youll be the guardian angel for our customers, swooping in to provide timely and effective solutions. Your role will include:
- Maintaining and developing existing customer relationships by being the first point of contact for your customers
- Creating new customer relationships and generating new solution oriented opportunities
- Continuously improve processes and knowledge base resources to enhance customer experience and minimise churn
- Analysis of customer needs and provision of suitable solutions
- Regular reporting of solution offers and customer relations
- Preparing sales offers and conducting negotiations
- Managing and monitoring client projects
- Close cooperation with other departments (e.g. marketing, product development)
- Identify patterns and trends in customer issues to help improve the overall product quality and user experience
- Collaborate closely with the DEV-team, sales and your own team to escalate and resolve customers bottle neck issues
- Proactively reach out to customers to provide updates, gather feedback, and ensure satisfaction with our services
Expectations for the candidate:
First and foremost we are looking for a person with the passion for the work with clients and finding the best solution for them.
- A customer-focused mindset that craves delivering support experiences that shine
- Strong understanding and communication skills of how software and technology work, ability to turn technical words into customer-friendly solutions
- Analytical thinking and problem solving ability
- Enjoying team work as well as independent work and having ability to motivate yourself
- Experience in working with clients
- Experience and willingness to contribute to the teamss success
- Proficiency in English (Finnish and Estonian is a big plus)
- Readiness to work on-site in Tartu, Estonia with partly remote options available
- Readiness to visit customers in Estonia and neighbouring countries
- Diploma or a degree in customer, business or technology related field
Would be a plus:
- Experience in project management
- Experience in sales and/or procurement
- Experience in the Support Specialist or a similar role
- Experience delivering solutions, preferably in SaaS or IoT
- Fluency in Estonian, Finnish, Latvian or other local European languages to bring our global customer base even closer
- Familiarity with ticketing systems and support tools
- Knowledge about manufacturing processes and ERP systems
