- Oversee and improve user journeys in designated tools.
- Experience in project and/or product management.
- Channel management project experience would be an advantage.
- Ability to maintain a successful communication and collaboration with stakeholders.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills.
- Ability to communicate and present complex ideas and projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
