Digiotouch is looking for a front-end software developer with 3+ years of experience specialising in scalable, interactive, and secure user interface development and deployment. The new team member will focus on developing engaging user interfaces, ensuring security, and seamlessly integrating front-end part with backend APIs for Digiotouch AI. This is a full-time, permanent, remote working position. The anticipated date of joining is beginning of March 2025. In addition to that, the developer will also contribute to the technical developments of the ongoing EU-funded projects (such as DIVINE, BIAS).

We are expanding our tech team to enhance Digiotouch AI with a focus on building AI-driven automation and agentic features. We are looking for a skilled developer who can build secure, responsive, and interactive front-end applications. Your responsibilities will include:

·      Coding and optimising user interfaces (UI) and user experiences (UX) to create seamless interaction with AI-driven workflows. You will be provided with the UI and UX by the product team.

·      Integrating front-end applications with backend APIs, ensuring efficiency and security.

·      Enhancing security through secure coding practices and compliance with cybersecurity standards.

·      Creating visually appealing and dynamic dashboards that facilitate real-time AI-driven automation.

·      Implementing an end-to-end testing framework to maintain front-end stability.

·      Optimising performance to handle scalable AI-powered applications.

·      Contributing to new feature development, working closely with the CEO.

We are looking for someone who:

·      Has strong front-end development expertise, with a portfolio showcasing previous work.

·      Understands secure web development principles and data protection best practices.

·      Is familiar with AI-driven workflows and automation.

·      Has experience with building interactive UIs and working with real-time data.

·      Possesses strong problem-solving skills and a passion for emerging technologies.

·      Can work independently and as part of a team in an agile environment.

·      Is proficient in JavaScript, TypeScript, React, and UI frameworks.

·      Has knowledge of DevSecOps and microservices architecture.

·      Follow current code architecture guidelines and propose ways to improve it.

The software developer will work with following technologies

·      MEAN/MERN stack, Next.js, Python, FastAPI, React.js, Material UI.

·      Google Cloud Platform APIs Firebase, Transcoder, Buckets (cloud storage), Cloud SQL,

·      Google Analytics 4 (GA-4) integration in web pages

·      Docker, K8S, REST paradigm, Git

·      Cybersecurity and data privacy

Hiring Process

At Digiotouch, the hiring process covers two steps -

·      A first technical interview with the CEO for ~1 hour followed by a coding exercise.

·      Final round of interview with the CEO (~ 1 hour).
