Requirements for candidates

Job description

Perform daily administrative operations.
Coordinate between teams to ensure smooth workflows.
Manage schedules and deadlines efficiently.
Secretarial tasks, including:
  • Drafting and managing correspondence.
  • Scheduling meetings, appointments, and maintaining calendars.
  • Preparing reports and other official documents.
  • Maintaining records and organizing files for easy access.
  • Acting as the point of contact for internal and external communications.
  • Administrative paperwork
  • Basic accountancy management (invoices)
  • Bookings (travels)
  • Events organization
