Join Coolbet as our Brand Manager and play a key role in shaping a bold and unique brand that resonates with audiences across multiple markets. You'll gather customer insights, refine brand guidelines, and lead initiatives that strengthen our market presence, build customer loyalty, and set Coolbet apart from the competition. Based in vibrant Tallinn, Estonia, our Brand team drives strategy, communications, PR, sponsorships, merchandising, and advertising. A Sneak Peek into Your Role
- Gathering customer insights from target markets through research, surveys, and focus groups to understand brand perceptions and appeal
- Analyzing competitors and assessing Coolbet's positioning in current and potential markets.
- Ensuring brand compliance by updating documentation and marketing materials in line with the Brand Book.
- Maintaining consistent style, tone, and proposition across markets while adapting to regional expectations.
- Planning branding campaigns across channels, including print, online, social media, and developing educational and product-focused videos.
- Leading the branding of customer-focused events like Coolbet Open by defining the vision and coordinating materials with the Design team and partners.
- Managing central merchandising by setting standards, evaluating manufacturers, and distributing new merchandise for partners.
- Overseeing and updating the brands visual identity to ensure consistency and relevance.
- Handling industry awards by preparing submissions, monitoring results, and promoting wins internally.
You're good at
- You have at least 3 years of experience in brand management, preferably within online gaming, sports betting, or related industries.
- Possessing strong analytical skills, including experience in market research, competitor analysis, and customer insight gathering.
- Having a deep understanding of brand development, tone of voice, and regional adaptation strategies.
- Demonstrating strong time management and prioritization abilities. You are solution-oriented, adaptable to rapidly changing environments, and creative, with the ability to stay ahead of recent trends.
- Fluency in verbal and written English is a must, as it's our primary means of communication.
