Requirements for candidates

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience working in the IT sector companies,
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in implementing IT systems,
  • Knowledge of HR processes (preferred),
  • Experience working with clients and training end-users,
  • Communicative knowledge of English and Estonian, enabling effective work with documentation, teams, and clients,
  • Strong organizational skills and problem-solving abilities,
  • Estonian - native/professional,
  • English C1/C2.

Job description

  • Planning, executing, and overseeing the implementation process of our IT system for clients,
  • Training end-users and ensuring they are comfortable using the software,
  • Troubleshooting technical issues and providing post-implementation support,
  • Collaborating with IT and clients HR departments to customize the system to meet specific organizational needs,
  • Participating in projects to improve and enhance software functionality.
