As our Internal Audit team is expanding, you have the great opportunity to join professional and motivated team.
What You Will Do:
- Be curious and continuously broaden your expertise in banking processes, related regulatory environment, risks and controls
- Collaborate with stakeholders on different levels in the organization throughout various audit process steps
- Support Luminor in creating and sustaining value by providing risk-based and objective assurance, advise, insight and foresight
- Perform risk assessments providing input to Internal Audit Plan supporting the achievement of Luminor`s objectives
- Plan, manage and participate in auditengagements across Luminor home markets in the Baltics
- Document information and evidence supporting the engagements results and write audit reports
- Communicate audit results to the appropriate parties and monitor implementation of agreed action plans
What We Expect:
- Experience in auditing or banking /financial industry, including internal control functions (risk or compliance)
- Bachelor or Master degree with adequate alignment
- Knowledge and experience in one of the following areas: 1. core processes such as payments, and/or credit, and/or investment and trading (including MiFID 2); 2. capital and liquidity areas, including ICAAP and ILAAP, and regulatory reporting; 3. model development or validation areas, including qualitative data analyses.
- Project management and analytical skills
- Proactive mindset, passion for the profession and a can-do attitude
- Willingness to work in a fast-paced work environment, manage and coordinate assignments simultaneously, and deliver on commitments
- Fluency in written and spoken English and Estonian/Latvian/Lithuanian
