We are looking for a
CUSTOMER SUPPORT AMBASSADOR
Main tasks and responsibilities:
- To help customers via chat, e-mail, social media and on-site social features
- Supporting the team with daily tasks like payments and translations
- Checking uploaded KYC documents
Requirements to the candidates:
- Previous experience in customer support
- Previous experience from the gambling business is a plus (not required)
- Passion for helping people
- Flexible and motivated to work shifts (including evenings and weekends)
- Speak and write fluently in Estonian and English. Knowledge of Finnish is a big plus.
