GR IROP Specialist for Nordic market
You will be the initial incident response representative for Hurtigruten and work in co-ordination with other teams as and when required. You will follow created procedures and workflows and deliver based upon best practice as developed by the Guest Relations team.
You will also identify and escalate priority issues.
Daily tasks:
- Performing duties as assigned during regular and irregular events
- Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders in regular and irregular operations
- Coordinating with local resources to identify required resource, hotel, taxis
- Being a part of the NoK Crisis Team
- Coordinating and completing additional internal and external notifications
- Being prepared to travel different international locations dependent on situation
- Following Policies, Procedures and Practices that support the Irregular Operations model
- Supporting the Team Leader as required
- Supporting on ad hoc projects as required
- Giving feedback to Team about any areas of concern or issues

- 1 year of experience in a fast-paced customer customer-centric environment
- Working knowledge of CRM systems and practices
- Ability to take in, triage and coordinate information at a fast pace
- High level of competency in developing and driving a network for continual improvement
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word
- Multilingual with Norwegian or Swedish language on at least C1 level + English
