Requirements for candidates
- Masters degree (or equivalent experience) in accounting, economics or finance.
- International finance experience, including bank and trading accounts opening and use, loans, transfers, trade finance and forex operations.
- Experience in mergers and acquisitions and investor relations.
- Excellent knowledge of data analysis, risk management, and forecasting methods.
- Proficient in the use of MS Office, 1C: and financial management software.
- Five or more years of experience in executive leadership roles.
- Proficiency in English and Russian or Ukrainian languages, knowledge of other European languages is an advantage.
- Strong ethical standards and good communication and interpersonal skills.
Job description
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the group of companies, guiding its financial strategy, planning, and maintaining its fiscal stability. The CFO will collaborate with the shareholders and executive management team to establish long-range goals, strategies, plans, and policies.
- Financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and auditing.
- Strategic planning. Development and implementation of the financial strategy of the company, including financial planning and forecasting, risk management, and investment strategies.
- Financial reporting. Preparation and control of monthly and annual financial statements, presentation of updated key data to the management and shareholders.
- Compliance. Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance regarding all financial functions.
- Leadership. Management of finance and accounting team
