As a DataAnalyst you will join our Transformation & Analytics Department within Compliance Division and you will have the chance to drive compliance initiatives and achieve new goals together with a fantastic Pan-Baltic team of experts and personalities.

What You Will Do:
- Conduct basic to advanced data analysis using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, and KNIME to support anti-financial crime and compliance efforts.
- Regularly assess and optimize existing data solutions, addressing inconsistencies to enhance data quality and performance.
- Analyze business processes, anticipate requirements, and design solutions to improve compliance and mitigate financial crime risks
- Use data-driven insights to identify potential financial crime risks and suggest proactive improvements
- Stay current with industry trends and new technologies, applying best practices to automate and enhance compliance systems
- Work effectively with team members, bringing energy and commitment, and provide support by stepping in for colleagues when needed
What We Expect:
- Proficiency in performing data analysis from basic to advanced levels using SQL, Microsoft Excel, Tableau, KNIME and/or Python
- Ability to leverage data to solve problems, make recommendations, and proactively identify financial crime risks
- A proactive approach to identifying inconsistencies and opportunities for improvement in data solutions, ensuring high-quality performance and reliability
- Strong business process management skills to evaluate, anticipate requirements, and continuously enhance compliance and anti-financial crime solutions
- A commitment to staying informed on industry trends and technological advancements, with a focus on modernizing and automating data solutions in compliance and anti-financial crime
- Effective team player with excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the flexibility to take on various tasks and substitute team members when needed
- Strong ethical grounding, a sense of responsibility, and commitment to accuracy, thoroughness, and accountability
