To be successful in it, you need:
- Proven track record of successfully managing software development projects as a project manager at least 3+ years (Fixed-Price vs Time and Material)
- Proven track record of successfully managing software development team at least 3+ years
- Demonstrated ability to optimize business processes and translate business requirements into software and technical solutions
- Strong experience with project budgeting and finance management
- Knowledge or some experience with government procurements
- Ability to anticipate, prioritize, assess, and meet the needs of internal and external clients
- Ability to articulate complex technical subject matter in a clear and easy to understand manner
- Experience in agile methodology
- To be a team player who cares about colleagues and clients
- To be organized and detail oriented
- To be very good at Estonian language (speaking, writing, understanding)
Your responsibilities will be:
1. Client management
- Build trustworthy relationships and keep open communication with the clients
- Contribute to clients additional business needs
- Make sure our clients are satisfied with our service
- Contribute to company´s sales activities
2. Team management
- You´ll be growing and building your own team to meet the client´s expectations
- Supervise, coach, and build strong and happy project teams
- Manage communication with partners and stakeholders effectively
- Facilitate agile ways of working in the team
- Be an actual discussion partner and not just a messenger
3. Project management

- You will manage various projects through the lifecycle, deliver these in the right scope, within the budget and on time
- Plan and manage the progress and needed resources for the projects
