Role Summary:
Join Remosad as a B2B Sales Representative and be a key player in our global expansion. We're looking for someone who is technically savvy, easily trainable, ready to take on responsibility, and can work independently. You'll drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop New Opportunities: Generate sales leads through inbound and outbound efforts, including cold calls, emails, and industry events.
• Understand and Pitch Products: Grasp customer needs to effectively present our automotive parts solutions.
• Manage Client Database: Maintain and expand a robust database of prospects within your territory.
• Collaborate on Strategy: Work with the sales team to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
• Stay Informed: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to refine sales tactics.
• Take Initiative: Act independently to solve problems and seize opportunities without constant supervision.
Preferred Qualifications:
• Experience in the automotive parts industry.
• Success in a remote sales position.
• Familiarity with CRM and sales automation tools.
Requirements:
• Technically Proficient: Comfortable with technology and quick to learn new tools.
• Strong Communication Skills: Excellent at negotiation and building relationships.
• Self-Motivated and Independent: Able to work autonomously in a dynamic environment.
• Organized and Detail-Oriented: Excellent organizational skills.
• Fluent in English and Russian: additional languages are a plus.
