Join Moller Auto, the largest automotive group in the Baltics, as a People & Culture Manager in Estonia! This is an operational role, where you will support management on their key HR initiatives and day-to-day activities, contributing to the growth and success of our team.
You will become part of the Moller Auto Baltic People & Culture team, leading, coordinating, and overseeing all HR-related matters for our Estonian dealerships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the local point of contact for managers and employees on all people-related matters
- Provide direct HR operational support, ensuring effective HR solutions are implemented
- Collaborate with local managers and the Baltic People & Culture team to execute key people processes across the employee lifecycle, including engagement, development, retention, recognition, and offboarding
- Implement and ensure compliance with internal processes, policies, and guidelines
- Stay up-to-date on legal requirements and ensure they are adhered to in employee management
- Advise managers on complex employee relations issues, offering guidance, coaching, and feedback
- Partner with managers to support employee development and performance improvement initiatives
- Oversee the Development Dialogue process, ensuring timely communication, execution, and follow-up
- Monitor market and industry trends in compensation and benefits, providing recommendations for improvements
- Participate in compensation surveys and other benchmarking initiatives
- Support the GPTW (Great Place to Work) employee survey process and follow up on action plans
- Identify learning and development needs, coordinating relevant training and development activities
- Contribute to company-wide HR projects as needed
Our Ideal Candidate:
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in HR management, with a solid understanding of HR operations and labor law regulations
- Excellent interpersonal and written communication skills
- Fluent in both Estonian and English
- Strong decision-making abilities and a hands-on approach to problem-solving
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- A positive and proactive "can-do" attitud
