Our Service Desk team is looking for Exchange specialist to join our Workplace Services unit.

As an Exchange Specialist, you will be responsible for the design, implementation, administration, and maintenance of our clients' Microsoft Exchange environments. You will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation and security of their email systems, contributing to their overall satisfaction. Depending on your expertise, your tasks may focus on support, change management, or project work with clients ranging from small businesses to large global enterprises.

If you are interested in joining our team, these will be your key responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain Microsoft Exchange Server environments, including on-premises and cloud-based deployments.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Exchange Server, including user mailbox problems, email flow issues, and security breaches.
  • Manage and configure Exchange Server features, such as mail flow rules, user permissions, and public folders.
  • Implement and maintain Exchange Server security measures, including anti-spam and anti-malware solutions.
  • Stay up to date with the latest Exchange Server technologies and best practices.
  • Collaborate with other IT professionals to ensure seamless integration of Exchange Server with other systems.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients.

What we expect from our new specialist:

•       English language, Estonian and Finnish are considered as a bonus
•      Proven experience in administering and managing Microsoft Exchange Server environments.
•      Strong understanding of Exchange Server architecture, features, and functionalities.
•      Experience with Exchange Server migrations and upgrades.
•      Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
•      Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
•      Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
•      Motivation for continuous learning and growth in different technologies.
•      AD, M365 ja Windows knowledge
•      Related Microsoft certificates are considered beneficial.
