If You have:

• University degree or courses in Sustainability, Biology, Chemistry, or Environmental Sciences will be an advantage;
• Strong knowledge and experience working with large data sets, including GHG data sets and international GHG measurement standards, ability to make data analysis and draw conclusions, use IT tools such as Power BI etc. Strategic problem-solving capabilities and strong project management skills;
• Work experience in retail or production sector will be valued;
• A proactive, results-oriented attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile;
• Fluent in Estonian and English (both written and spoken).

We will entrust You:

• Develop and implement CR strategies, ensuring alignment with business goals while managing CR governance in the Baltics;
• Develop and execute programs focused on reducing the companys waste management, energy efficiency, and sustainable sourcing as well as fostering corporate responsibility innovations;
• Establish performance indicators and reporting structures to measure the effectiveness of CR programs;
• Qualitative and quantitative data analysis for projects within areas of responsibility;
• Continuously seek out and proactively propose innovative ideas and best practices in the field of corporate responsibility and sustainability;
• Support internal and external communication efforts to raise awareness about CR initiatives.
