What You Will Do:

  •  Take ownership and execute full cycle recruitment activities for a dedicated part of the business – including requirements gathering, job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, interview arrangement and participation;
  • Ensure positive both the Hiring Manager and Candidate's experience throughout the recruitment process;
  • Act as an owner for recruitment activities in your cover area, working to build a long-term talent pipeline and network;
  • Update and maintain regular reports on recruitment project status to internal stakeholders;
  • Build relationships with respective hiring managers helping to coach them on best recruitment principles and practices;
  • Participate in building Luminors recruitment function to meet business growth needs and control recruitment costs;
  • Work as part of a team in executing various employer branding activities and People & Culture Division projects.

What We Expect:  

  • At least 2 years of experience running Full-cycle Recruitments;
  • Strong knowledge of best recruitment and selection practices, including candidate sourcing and competence based interview methods;
  • Analytical and data reporting skills, incl. Excel;
  • Knowledge of project management and stakeholder management;
  • Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication.
