We are seeking a Senior Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our Production and Manufacturing Engineering team in Estonia, Tallinn.

You'll drive improvements in our manufacturing processes by mapping current processes, developing and preparing new assembly manufacturing manuals, and creating detailed work instructions.

Your work will support manufacturing teams in scaling production to meet business demands.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Evaluating existing manufacturing processes and identifying areas for improvement
  • Implementing new processes as needed
  • Developing detailed layouts for equipment, processes, and workflow
  • Researching and developing new processes, equipment, and products
  • Developing and implementing cost-saving measures
  • Ensuring manufacturing processes, equipment, and products comply with safety standards and legal regulations
  • Maintaining research and activity documentation and preparing reports

What we hope you'll bring to the table:

  • 4+ years of experience in manufacturing or industrial engineering as a Process Engineer or in a similar role
  • Degree in manufacturing, industrial, or mechanical engineering
  • Experience evaluating and troubleshooting manufacturing processes and machinery
  • Proficiency in using Lean Six Sigma tools, including 5S and A3, to improve manufacturing processes
  • Experience with CAD, CAM, data analysis programs, and related software
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong organizational skills
  • High level of technical expertise
  • Strong analytical thinking
