· Previous work experience in procurement or supply chain processes

· University degree in Economics, Business Management, or other similar area

· Good computer skills, including MS Excel skills

· Knowledge of SAP or local ERP system

· Fluency in local and English languages (spoken and written)

· Support the implementation of the procurement strategy for daily material needs

· Plan procurement activities and deal with tenders

· Preparation, prolongation, and control of contracts

· Supplier database management

· Supporting all Baltics Procurement team members

· Communication with different departments and information exchange

· Doing a background check (TPS) on new suppliers

· Updating contracts prices in the system
