About the job

We are looking for an ambitious and results-driven B2B Account Manager who would help our sales team to fast-track Stebbys growth in Estonia. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong, long-lasting relationships with Stebby's business clients and ensuring a high-quality upsell process to grow the share of our business client revenue. Work location is Tallinn.

What you will do

  • Ensuring customer satisfaction, maintaining and warming customer relations.
  • Understanding customer needs and are adept at achieving upselling goals based on this understanding.
  • Having a thorough understanding of the Stebby product and excelling at introducing it to customers, leading to increased adoption by companies and higher sales figures.
  • Participating in public events for networking purposes is required, along with making public appearances to represent Stebby.
  • Developing sales by making initial presentations and DEMO-meetings - introducing and explaining product enhancements and additions.
  • Working with CRM (Pipedrive) and keeping it tidy.
  • Consistently analyzing your work and actions, presenting your findings to the team, and adjusting your future activities based on this analysis.
  • Aligning and closely collaborating with other teams (mainly customer support and marketing).

What we are looking for

  • Proven experience as an Account Manager is mandatory.
  • Demonstrable ability to network, present and influence key stakeholders.
  • Active contribution of new ideas and experimentation with innovative techniques.
  • Ability to juggle multiple account management projects at a time, while maintaining sharp attention to detail.
  • Great communicator with proactive and positive mindset.
  • A people person and a team-player.
  • A sense of ownership, ability to work independently and decent work ethic.
  • Good analytical skills and ability to use Excel.
  • Excellent Estonian and English skills with strong presentation and communication skills.
  • Speaking Russian would be a big advantage.
