What will you be doing?
- Lead and execute hands-on sales initiatives for business financing products such as loans, leasing, factoring and other additional new coming products.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through active cold-calling, expanding the client base, and enhancing market presence.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
- Proactively identify needs and maintain relationships with both new and existing clients.
- Participate in networking events, industry conferences, and other forums to generate leads and build relationships.
- Manage the financing project from initiation to closing, ensuring adherence to project timelines, milestones, and deliverable.
What will help you succeed?
- Hands-on sales management experience in B2B financial industry; working with business financing products such as loans, leasing, and factoring (great advantage).
- Understanding of financial products.
- Excellent communication, and negotiation skills.
- Pro-active and results-driven mindset with a history of achieving sales targets.
- Proven ability to build and maintain strong relationships with the clients.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in oral and written communication in both Estonian and English.
- Adaptability to changing market conditions and continuous learning mindset.
- Credit risk awareness.
