Responsibilities:
- End-to-End Sales Ownership: Drive the sales process from initiation to closure, ensuring a seamless experience.
- Prospecting and Lead Qualification: Identify and cultivate potential leads through strategic outreach efforts. Qualify and effectively communicate with inbound leads to ensure efficient conversion.
- Strategic Development: Formulate winning strategies to unlock profitable volume opportunities by identifying client needs and upselling. Engage and captivate prospective clients with persuasive and engaging product presentations.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Collaborate closely with other teams to develop innovative solutions that drive client success. Work closely with the marketing department to align on promotional activities and product positioning.
- Trust and Integrity: Cultivate an environment of honesty, trust, and transparency both internally and with our valued customers. Foster and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with our existing client base.
- Achievement Drive: Deliver against assigned quotas and KPI goals, setting the bar high for your team. Lead by example and achieve/exceed sales targets.
- CRM Management: Utilise and maintain our CRM (Pipedrive) to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.
