About the Role:
As a Sales and Business Development manager at Bilstein group, you will play a crucial role in supporting the downstream trade levels of the Estonian aftermarket, focusing on passenger cars.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Travel & Engagement: Frequent visits to clients sales outlets and workshops to strengthen relationships and provide exceptional support.
  • Brand Promotion: Actively promote the brand and its products, and offer sales support to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Training & Development: Create and develop engaging training materials, plan and conduct training courses, and organize promotional events.
  • Event Participation: Represent the company at events organized by clients and partners.
  • Territory Expansion: Potentially support or expand activities in Latvia, collaborating with our Latvian and Lithuanian team.
