We are looking for a versatile and experienced Senior Operations Lead to join our Remote Assistance Operations team in Tallinn, Estonia.

This role combines strategic leadership with a hands-on approach, requiring you to both lead a small team and actively engage in daily operations.

Our Remote Assistance Operations team provides 24/7 support for our delivery robots, continuously monitoring operations and intervening live to resolve any issues that arise, ensuring smooth and efficient service.

As a Senior Operations Lead, you will drive operational excellence across one or more of the following key areas:

  • Process Quality Assurance: You'll develop and execute a comprehensive QA strategy, reviewing performance data, identifying trends, and developing action plans to address emerging issues.
  • Product Management: You'll oversee the strategy of our operational tools, understanding features, functionalities, and limitations. Ensure continuous improvement and optimal performance, focusing on usability, reliability, and scalability to meet the evolving needs of our global remote assistants.
  • Training and Performance Management: You'll implement training programs and manage performance to enhance team skills, productivity, and overall effectiveness.
  • Live Service and Service Monitoring: You'll be the driving force behind the smooth and efficient live 24/7 operations of our global remote assistant team.

Your main responsibilities are:

  • Leading a small team of area experts
  • Developing and implementing strategies to optimize the remote assistance function in one or more of the following areas: process quality assurance, product management, training and performance management or live service and service monitoring
  • Managing the team: Leading, mentoring, and inspiring team members while fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous improvement, and data-driven decision-making
  • Enhancing processes to improve efficiency and effectiveness through data analysis
  • Building strong partnerships with key organizational stakeholders

What we hope you'll bring to the table:
  • 3+ years of experience as a people lead
  • 3+ years working in operational teams, with responsibility for one or more of the following areas: process quality assurance, product management, training and performance management or live service and service monitoring
  • Strong understanding of operations and experience in managing processes
  • Strategic thinking with a hands-on mindset, capable of translating strategy into actionable plans and results
  • Data-driven mindset with excellent analytical skills, comfortable working with large datasets, identifying trends, and presenting findings. Experience in establishing and tracking metrics
  • Strong collaboration skills
  • Effective communication skills
  • Flexibility and adaptability to change
