Role Description
This is a full-time remote position for a multilingual Travel Experience Manager, a hybrid sales & operations role that requires a high level of enthusiasm, multitasking, diligence, and problem-solving.
- As a sales expert, you will be responsible for designing and selling eco-luxury journeys and expeditions across the Baltic States and Finland.
- as an operations virtuoso, you will ensure that our guests have a seamless and enjoyable journey by managing their bookings, providing them with relevant information, and addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have. (5) Our guests will count on you in case of any irregularities and unforeseen circumstances.
Our supportive and efficient team will rely on your insights, expertise, and advice that you have earned while researching and hand-picking the elements for our expeditions: off-the-beaten-track experiences, new trails, small, family-owned restaurants, independent hotels, local transportation, curated events, and free time suggestions.
Fluent in English + French, German, or Spanish (bonus points for Finnish) and working remotely within Estonia, Finland, Latvia, or Lithuania, you will communicate with our guests, help them with their travel plans, and prepare bespoke roadbooks and trip documentation.
On a daily basis, you will be surfing the maps, exploring points of interest, reading reviews, working with our beloved suppliers, and staying in touch with our travelers.
