Embracing the role of a Community Manager, you'll forge strong collaborations with our Marketing and Social Media teams, collectively striving for amplified brand recognition, a prevailing positive atmosphere, and robust engagement across various social media platforms. Your contributions will be key in fostering an enthusiastic and connected digital community.
When it comes to responsibilities - consider yourself the social butterfly within the air up community, fluttering around all the hip Social Media hangouts and review platforms where folks are buzzing about us. Your role involves not just being present, but actively engaging with the audience.
Your mission? Unleash the sassy and bold essence of our brand whenever you chime in with your comments. Of course, this is all in harmony with our brand guidelines we've got a reputation to uphold! And you can imagine yourself as a detective, piecing together valuable insights from the hubbub of our community. Then, generously share those precious nuggets with us. Requirements
- Native Dutch (Both Written and Spoken)

What we offer
- Base salary: 1575, - Euros / Gross (can be reviewed based on candidates language skills)
- Performance bonus up to 200,- Euros / Gross
- Working hours: Monday - Friday, from 10:00 AM until 19:00 PM (with possible shifts on weekends)
- Extensive Training and Development Program for Products, Tools, and Processes
- Opportunity to develop a career within a multinational environment
- Training needs to be completed from office (Tallinn or Tartu), afterwards hybrid workplace
