Marketing Unit Manager is a position in the Department with focusing mainly on united pan-Baltic brand & marketing strategies that resonates with our audiences in three Baltic countries.

What You Will Do:

• Define and develop brand vision, mission and strategy and creating an emotional identity that resonates with our audiences in all 3 countries
• Overseeing pan-baltic marketing strategy, plans and execution
• Be responsible for ensuring consistency of branding visual language and tone of voice across all customer touch points 
  
• Be responsible for creating, leading and implementing brand visual guidelines
• Responsible of all pan-baltic large scale brand campaign creative concepts
  
• Ensure brand presence and message is strong and consistent across all channels and marketing efforts
• Continuously improve and monitor the brand performance, measure the success and learnings in all 3 countries
• Contribute to annual marketing budget planning, follow the spending, monitor budget on monthly basis
• Supervise, oversee and support day-to-day operation of three Baltic countries' marketing teams
  
• Review local marketing managers pipelines, resolve challenges, and present possible solutions, and provide ongoing training to ensure the team consistently performs above standard
• Create an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture 
• Define and clarify the expectations and responsibilities of subordinates roles and ensure the understanding how they align with teams and Luminors strategic goals and values

What We Expect: 

• Experience in similar role 5-10 years 
• Creation and implementation of Brand strategy and alignment across products and services 
• Experience in building integrated marketing communication concepts
• Experience in co-operating with creative and media agencies and running big scale advertising campaigns
• Large scope project management experience
  
• Decision making ability 
  
• Creative thinker with data-driven analytical aptitude 
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
