Job Description
Your Role
Your main responsibility area will be conducting the payroll process and assisting leaders and employees in daily questions, also managing accounts payable and participation in accounting related projects. We are looking for an open minded accountant who is willing to grow as we grow.
Your Responsibilities
- Payroll: calculation of salaries, vacation compensation and sick leaves
- Working time accounting: data verification
- Accounting for other expenses and transactions
- Preparation and submission of statistics and other reports as needed
- Other accounting entries, calculations, and controlling procedures
- Participation in accounting related projects
Requirements
- Degree in accounting/finance
- Several years working experience as an accountant
- Experience in payroll accounting
- Excellent knowledge of Estonian accounting and tax regulations
- Very good knowledge of using office software: Excel, Outlook
- Accuracy, self-discipline
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Very good in spoken and written English and Estonian
- Work experience in international company is a plus
