Requirements for candidates
· Bachelors degree in a relevant discipline such as HR, Marine Operation, or Business Management.
· At least 3 years of experience in the Maritime industry, general management, or HR.
· Seagoing certification or a senior role within a crewing department is preferable but not mandatory.
· Familiarity with MLC, STCW, ISM Conventions, and vessel management.
· Proficiency in English, both orally and in writing
· Proficiency in Estonian and Russian at the level of communication
· Good communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to be resistant to stress.
· Ability to work under pressure.
· Highly organized with a focus on achieving results.

· Recruitment, selection, and engagement of officers and rating positions
· Planning and arranging crew changes, visa, and documentation handling

· Supporting Head of Crewing with various operational requests
