Requirements
- PhD or MSc in Life Sciences (Biology, Chemistry, Molecular Biology, etc.).
- Proficiency in English and Estonian.
- Experience in the field of biotechnology and/or with commonly encountered molecular biology applications.
- Strong creative and analytical thinking, robust project management and problem-solving skills.
- Presentation and communication skills, written and oral, suitable for a variety of audiences.
- Knowledge and experience in lyophilization and/or air-drying methodology gives a competitive advantage.
Responsibilities
- Manage and execute product and technology development projects.
- Provide comprehensive support throughout the development workflow, including preparing work plans and assessing resource needs.
- Analyze and interpret test results, compile, and present summaries.
- Execute project plans, document development progress, prepare final reports, and ensure smooth product transitions.
- Participate in sales calls as needed to understand customer needs and define product requirements.
