- Proficiency in Estonian, Russian, and English languages.
- Ability to prepare commercial offers and conclude contracts.
- Experience in the B2B sector, preferably within the construction industry.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and tools for roof diagnostics offer preparation, and contract finalization.
- Excellent multitasking and stress management skills. Must be capable of collaborative and independent problem-solving.
- Exceptional client service skills and adept at handling incoming requests.
Duties:
- Planning sales strategies, attracting clients, and maintaining daily communication with them to meet sales goals.
- Striving for outstanding achievements and representing the company's interests within the country.
- Daily engagement with the Bitrix24 sales CRM.
- Roof diagnostics; client visits in Lithuania.
