Requirements for candidates
- Education higher technical, preferably in the field of electromobility, energy, or similar.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in managing charging infrastructure, maintenance, service management, O&M infrastructure, or similar.
- Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., MS Office, optionally Jira).
- Fluent English language skills.
- PMP, Prince, or equivalent certificate will be an additional advantage.
- Category B driving license.
Job description
- Design and Optimization: Developing and updating technical specifications for charging stations; identifying areas requiring modernization or optimization.
- Collaboration: Monitoring and diagnosing charging infrastructure in real-time; managing and coordinating with external service companies.
- Management: Coordinating and supervising the team responsible for charging infrastructure.
- Analysis and Reporting: Systematically collecting and analyzing operational data; regularly reporting Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the functioning of the infrastructure.
- Quality Assurance: Supervising the maintenance of operations at charging stations in accordance with quality standards, occupational health and safety; operational excellence.
- Documentation: Collaborating on and updating technical documentation, including schematics, instructions, and operational procedures.
- Reporting: Periodically preparing reports on charging infrastructure for the Company's Management.
- The area for infrastructure management is Estonia, Lithuania and Latvia.
