Compliance is an independent control function that guards Luminor and Luminor customers. Being part of Compliance function area will mean following the Compliance risk, advising and training Luminor people and providing assurance. You will be here to foster trust by proactively promoting compliance culture.

Gross salary. 3250-4900 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
What You Will Do:
- Help building Compliance as a competitive advantage
- Develop, update and maintain:
- Compliance divisions operating model
- Methodologies for Compliance risk assessment
- Internal Compliance divisions processes and internal regulations
- Compliance divisions operating model
- Prepare and follow plans for change implementation
- Implement the updates in Compliance divisions everyday work
- Support, train and provide advice to Compliance divisions employees on Compliance divisions processes and activities
- Collaborate with stakeholders to develop new inter-departmental processes
- Follow market trends and changes in different Compliance areas
- Contribute to other relevant areas of Luminor Compliance Division
What We Expect:
- 3+ years of a background and experience in Banking or Consulting (Big Four Companies)
- Experience in process review and development
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to explain complicated matters in an easy way
- Ability to understand new concepts in short period of time
- Excellent analytical skills
- High ethical standards, a strong sense of responsibility and commitment to results
- Experience in auditing will be considered as advantage
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication
