We are now looking for a Process Specialist/Process Officer with Finnish language to join Debt Collection Services unit within Credit Services.

About this opportunity
Welcome to the Debt Collection Services Unit. We add value by performing operational procedures connected with various banking products and procedures offered to our customer. As the Process Specialist/Process Officer, youll play a valuable role in delivering banking services to the Nordeas customers in Finland according to the highest standards in efficiency, quality and timeliness and Finnish law regulations.
Working with us, you will play an important role in building a better modern bank that fulfils a meaningful role in society. We aim to help our customers around the world to improve their lives and reach their milestones.
What youll be doing:
  • Updating, supervising and approving data in banking systems and applications in accordance with the procedures and regulations
  • Working with internal applications and procedures to meet customers ever-changing needs, as well as working with methodologies that help improve our way of working, to be more effective and productive in our tasks
  • Collaborating across borders with colleagues in Scandinavian countries
  • Developing yourself by learning different tasks connected with the daily banking services
  • Helping continuously improve process routines with new ideas and inputs

Youll join a Debt Collection PL1 team. The role is based in Poland (Łódź, Warsaw, Tricity).

Your experience and background:
  • Graduated at least Secondary School (Leaving Cert)
  • English on communicative level (B2)
  • Finish on communicative level (B1/B2)
  • Advanced working skills in MS Office tools
  • Experience of working in an international team spread across multiple countries
  • Analytical mindset, high attention to details, positive drive and can-do attitude
  • Strong ownership of own work and teams performance
  • Flexible approach towards changes and experience in delivering improvements as a part of a team
  • Experience of working in banks or financial institutions would be an advantage
