The prerequisite for the job is an applied higher education (preferably mechanics) and work experience in a manufacturing company. Balance, initiative and learning ability, cooperation and willingness to communicate are important for the production manager.

Essential Responsibilities
- Daily operational coordination of production.
- Management of material and information flows in production, tactical and operational planning of production. Ensuring the stock of materials used in the production process and the efficiency of material flows would be supported by the company's ERP software (SAP).
- Measuring and analyzing the efficiency of production processes and management based on LEAN principles.
- Ensuring the operation of machines, equipment and production lines.
- Product quality assurance.
- Management, direction, motivation, involvement and encouragement of the production staff.
- Development of production personnel, determination of personnel needs and participation in the selection process.
- Ensuring the working environment of production, occupational safety and the working capacity of personnel
