As a growth manager you will be a part of an ambitious team which focuses on SME business segments. You will collaborate and work closely with sales teams in order to achieve set targets and the highest clients satisfaction rate but also you will contribute to various SME business development projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Actively support sales and help SME sales teams to achieve business goals by developing and improving various tools and initiatives (eg client target lists, special offers, cross- and up-sales)
- Run, develop and administer various initiatives and projects related to SME business development – in cooperation with Senior SME growth manager or independently
- Develop client management policies and reporting tools
- Act as a SME representative in marketing initiatives, campaigns and special offers development, implementation and follow-up
- Monitor SME sales process efficiency and client satisfaction and submit proposals for improvement
- Initiate, implement and overwatch cross-sale and client retention activities
Skills and experience:
- 2 years experience in business development, project management or 2 years experience in SME relationship manager position in financial institution
- Knowledge of SME banking products and bank processes
- Business and SME clients behavior understanding
- Ability to contribute to the business growth and profitability
- Ability to prioritize effectively and adapt to fast changing environment
- Strong systematical and analytical thinking
- High level of initiative and responsibility
- Good communication and presentation skills – both in written and verbal forms
- Good collaboration skills
- Local language and advanced level of English: fluent in any spoken and written communication within the range of own personal and professional experience

- Gross salary. 2800 - 4200 EUR/month, which is to be determined depending on your level of experience and competencies
