Your mission at Cloudmore:
You'll be the analytical expert behind our technical work. You'll break down new requirements, create detailed technical solutions, and organize documentation. You'll help developers with their plans, offer insights by looking at data, and work closely with different teams.
Our team uses Agile SCRUM methodology with 2-week iterations to constantly deliver new value to our customers while embracing remote work possibilities with the distributed team.
This is a great opportunity for a professional who likes to use the best approaches and technology stack in day to day life of growing SaaS product.
Your daily tasks will be:
- Create and maintain technical solution documentation
- Support developers in creating conceptional models and database models
- Collaborate with Product Teams, providing answers and details regarding new and potential developments needed
- Assist with customer communication if needed for research or support processes.
What we expect:
- Proficiency in reading and analyzing complex technical documentation
- Understanding of Restful APIs
- Diligent in creating technical documentation
- Familiarity with RDBMS and data types
- Proficient in SQL
- Mastery in communicating and explaining technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-motivated and proactive
- Paying attention to details
Bonus points:
- Ability to read code
- Any experience with fintech
