Bombay consists of our already established Live Studio focused on online gaming, and the exclusive Club and Boutique Hotel together with Restaurants and Bars, that will be launched in Spring/Summer 2024. 

Join us in this journey of building a one of a kind experience. We are looking for a tenured Recruiter with extensive expertise in the hospitality area to play a pivotal role in finding the right talent and building the teams so that we are ready for our grand opening. Your main task will be doing hands-on Recruitment for a variety of roles within the Bombay Group by finding the key talent to our Live Studio, Club, Hotel, Bars and Restaurants.

Your daily tasks will be 

• Taking full ownership of the full-cycle recruitment (including headhunting) for Bombay Club and Hotel, and be ready support with recruitment across other Yolo business groups when needed. 
• Be a key partner for our managers with all recruitment-related matters.
• Attracting the talent & employer branding. Together with the rest of Talent Acquisition and People team, you will work on the employer branding strategy and initiatives that help to attract the right talent from the best channels and resources. 
• Being a super-admin to our ATS. You will be using our ATS system TeamTailor for all recruitment-related activities. Making sure that all the data is correct, providing reports for the key stakeholders where necessary etc.
• Being an ambassador of Yolo Groups culture and values.
• Participating in other People Teams projects when needed.

What we expect from you

• Experience in hospitality recruitment is a must, a wider experience in talent acquisition across multiple industries, particularly within iGaming is a huge plus.
• Proven record of headhunting and building sourcing strategies, participating and driving employer branding initiatives. 
• Previous experience with large scale, mass recruitment projects is an advantage. 
• Knowledge of the Estonian labor market and ways to attract local talent is fundamental. Experience in global recruitment would be a huge advantage.
• Fluent in written and verbal English and Estonian.
• You are self-motivated, independent, creative, cool under pressure and willing to learn. You don't forget to have fun while at it. 
• Strong project management skills.
• Excellent communication and networking skills.
