What You Will Do:

• Lead efforts to design, implement integrate, and maintain DevSecOps platform
• Ensure the availability and scalability of infrastructure and promote best practices
• Design, implement, and maintain shared libraries for Jenkins CI/CD pipelines
• Design, develop, test and maintain curated and reusable IaC building blocks using tools such as Terraform, Packer, Chef, Helm
• Collaborate with the security team to implement and maintain security best practices and compliance standards as quality gates in CI/CD pipelines
• Drive automation initiatives across the organization to streamline repetitive tasks and increase efficiency
• Implement reusable automation scripts and workflows
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and ensure seamless integration of platform
• Maintain DevSecOps platform documentation, user manuals and train project teams
• Provide technical guidance to junior team members

What We Expect:

• Strong proficiency in CI/CD pipeline development
• Strong scripting and automation skills: Bash, Python, PowerShell
• Expertise in infrastructure as code tools: Terraform, Terragrunt, Chef
• Expertise in AWS cloud computing
• Experience with containerization and orchestration technologies: Kubernetes, Docker
• Experience with Java microservice build automation tools: Gradle, Maven
• Good knowledge of DevSecOps practices
• Good collaboration and problem solving skills
• Analytical and critical thinking
• Curious mindset and desire to learn new DevSecOps technologies
• Higher education in Computer Science
• Fluent English is required in spoken and written communication

• AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate
• Certified Kubernetes Administrator (CKA)
• HashiCorp Certified: Terraform Associate
• Jenkins Engineer (CJE) Certification
• Linux Foundation Certified System Administrator or CompTIA Linux+ or RHEL Certified System Administrator (RHCSA)
