TBD Pharmatech was founded as a spin-off company of University of Tartu in 2006. By the year 2023 the company has grown a lot with 70 members in the team, TBD is a one of a kind Contract Development and Manufacturing Organization (CDMO) in Estonia. TBD Pharmatech specialises in Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API), advanced intermediates, and the development and production of fine chemicals, both for human and veterinary medicines. Until September 2022 the name of the company was TBD-Biodiscovery.
