I am searching for an Estonian sales representative who would work alongside the inhouse team and our customer base all over the world.

Current HR platforms are focusing primarily on businesses only. They have forgotten the most important part of HR - the people. This new generation is all about transparency and flexibility.

And, we are looking for a Estonian speaking sales representative to join our mission and help provide our customers smooth and positive experience.
Our team
Were a small diverse team with an open culture. We have people from different nationalities and ethnical backgrounds. Youll join a collaborative group of professionals who have a solid history of building software products.
You are:
- open-minded, eager to learn and hungry to get results
- relentless in identifying target leads, reaching out and validating sales opportunities
- confident to talk to customers over the phone
- fluent in English and Estonian
- (nice to have extra) fluent in Russian
- Successful previous experience in B2B or B2C sales
As a sales representative you will:
- be responsible for building a sales pipeline on Estonian market
- prospect, cold-call, reach out and have business discussions with clients
- get comprehensive sales training program
- participate in standups, planning and other team ceremonies
Benefits:
- Salary 2300 EUR bruto for the first 4 months guaranteed, after that base salary and bonuses
