Description

We are seeking a dynamic Communication and Marketing Manager to join our team. In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our communication and marketing efforts, working closely with both, Germany and Estonia. As a key player in our organization, you'll have the chance to shape the way Marabu Airlines is seen and heard.

Main Responsibilities
- Developing and maintaining relationships with media representatives mainly in Estonia and Germany
- Preparing and implementing crisis communication plans
- Ensuring all external communications reflect Marabu's brand identity and values
- Overseeing Marabu's presence on social media platforms - creating and publishing content, engaging with followers, and monitoring social media trends
- Developing and implementing communication strategies to enhance employee engagement and morale, i.e. coordinating internal communication channels, such as newsletters, intranets, or staff meetings
- In cooperation with Marabu Management and Department Heads communicating organizational changes to employees effectively, ensuring they understand and support changes within Marabu, such as policy updates, restructuring, or strategy shifts
- Communication with various stakeholders, including airports, regulatory bodies, and industry partners, to foster strong relationships and aligning on industry standards and practices
- Supporting organizing events, such as career fairs, public relations events, or internal company events, to promote Marabu and enhance our image among employees, customers, candidates and wider public
- In cooperation with relevant departments producing a wide range of content, including articles, newsletters, reports, and presentations, tailored to different audiences
- Carrying out market research and analysis to identify emerging trends, customer preferences, and competitive landscape and turn the insights into actionable strategies
- Tracking the effectiveness of communication strategies and campaigns, using metrics and feedback to evaluate success and areas for improvement
Requirements
- Proven experience in external and internal communication
- Extensive marketing experience
- Experience in airline or aviation industry is a plus
- Familiarity with various marketing tools
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Fluency in English, both written and spoken
- German skills are a plus
